How do you get started? Well to make it short and sweet .All you need is PayPal. Yes, thats all really. PayPal is going to be your best friend for the whole car ride. Isn't that great? The only requirements, be of age 12. Thats all.
Is it safe?
Yes, Paypal is safe. Most of my friends always ask this questions. PayPal is used by many credit card companies, Master Card, Visa, Discover, etc. If those companies are safe, that means PayPal is safe too, right?
The News!
Gez, why PayPal, why? As you may not know, PayPal are offically starting to freeze accounts for gpt (Get Paid to do things) sites. Believe or not, the next few times you receive a payment from a gpt site, your PayPal account may be freeze. (But don't worry yet)
What now?
Most gpt sites are converting or should by now have the AlertPay payout feature. If not, ask around or contact the owner for details. I believe by now, 80% gpt site should already have that AlertPay options by now. I recommend signing up for AlertPay, since its now one of the main companies that accept gpt sites. Its exactly like PayPal, so yeah, no stress. 100% gpt compatible.
The Differences
Not much is different with AlertPay. Most of everything is exactly the same like PayPal. The only major problem I can think of now, is that AlertPay isn't as popular as Paypal in internet stores. Meaning, the purchasing online with AlertPay is limited.
Say goodbye to Ebay =(
Transferring to PayPal
I know for sure AlertPay have an E-Gold Convert feature. But for PayPal? Umm.... this can be quite complicated, you know?
1. Verify Your AlertPay account (show proof of your identify, somehow)
2. Use the E-Gold Convert Feature
3. Convert E-Gold to PayPal
Long progress isn't it? You will need 3 whole account just for Paypal! But that if, you want to buy things online. If you just want money in your bank, you can just simply request a check or just transfer it, on the AlertPay site.
The younger audience problem
The
only problem is getting the account verify. In order to get your PayPal
account verify, you'll need a bank account to assure your identify. As
you know, most teenagers don't have a bank account yet. The other way
to get your PayPal account verify, you'll have to sign up for a credit
card. I believe there is also no charge to hold a credit card, unless
you use it. The last resort, if your really chicken to do either. You
can always look for online stores, that accept unverified accounts, or
you can make money right now. Then verify your account when you get old enough open your
bank account.
Its Exactly like PayPal. Bank Of America, Wachovia, HSBC, RBC are partners of AlertPay
